In this video, El-Elyon shares her experience of the racial discrimination she has faced as a New York-based lawyer. We are hoping this video encourages other people who have experienced the same or other types of discrimination in the legal sector to speak out.
We are also hoping that this video helps raise awareness to the unconscious bias people have of others, based on factors such as race and gender.
